General:

The event hall Trabrennbahn Karlshorst is located in the historic eastern part of Berlin directly at the large equestrian track. The celebrations will take place in the large event hall directly under the grandstand with space for up to 1000 guests. In line with the 80s/90s theme, the location is covered in a colourful, glittering, funky and unusual robe.

On this New Year's Eve journey through time, you can expect not only a crazy motto decoration and hit music, but also an ultimate drinks package, which even includes long drinks. You can pick up your favorite drink from the bar all night long. But that's not all! Many different surprises will delight you throughout the evening. Among other things, there will be colorful fireworks in front of the door, which you are welcome to take part in. This evening is guaranteed to be fun, flashy, colorful and full of atmosphere: an unforgettable turn of the year. Here you will find an overview of all services of the event.

 Fireworks:

As already mentioned, you can enjoy the fireworks specially organized by the organizer in the outdoor area. The covered racetrack grandstand is ideal for this, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. You can also bring your own fireworks. The organizer will set up a fireworks cloakroom for this purpose. There you can pick up your firecrackers and rockets at 00:00.

 Food and drinks:

This New Year's Eve arrangement includes a generous drinks flat rate. At the various bars you can get everything your heart desires all night long: be it a cold beer, a sparkling long drink, a sparkling glass of Prosecco, a shot for in between or something non-alcoholic. So you are supplied with a wide range of popular drinks. Here you will find the details of the included drinks package. At this point it should be pointed out that a small deposit will be charged for the glasses.

A small selection of snacks are available for sale at the bars if you get hungry between meals. However, we recommend that you eat up a lot of energy before the party so that you can last as long as possible in the evening!

 Seating/table reservation

There are sufficient seats and rest areas in the location. These seats are freely available for all guests and can therefore not be reserved. 

 Music/DJ/Dance Floor

A DJ will keep you entertained all night long with the biggest hits of the 80's & 90's. There is enough space on the huge dance floor to dance and celebrate exuberantly and uninhibitedly. If there are any wishes left unfulfilled, they can be handed over to the DJ. The atmosphere will be bombastic!

 Dress code:

There is no dress code! The main thing is that you feel comfortable on New Year's Eve. If you would like to dress to match the motto in the 80s/90s style, then you are more than welcome to do so! The organizer is very open and looks forward to seeing you! Having fun is definitely the priority here.

 Arrival:

The location is easy to reach by public transport. From the S-Bahn station Karlshorst it is about a 6-minute walk. Alternatively or additionally, you can take the TRAM to Hegemeisterweg and depart from there, which is a bit closer. There are also sufficient free parking spaces directly at the location.

 Notes:

You are welcome to bring your own fireworks and leave them in the fireworks locker room until midnight.

Young people over the age of 16 accompanied by a legal guardian (mother and/or father) also have access to the event. This party is not suitable for younger children.

Please also remember to bring some small change for the cloakroom and the deposit for a cup.

The location is barrier-free.

A smoking area is available, whereby you can leave the location at any time to smoke or for other reasons.
